Gardener in Fjugesta and Örebro

We are a small family business based in Fjugesta looking to add another gardener to our team of skilled employees.

Your duties will cover all aspects of garden maintenance, including weed control, pruning of bushes and trees, mowing the lawn, hedge trimming, and more. During the summer, maintenance is the focus, while the winter season involves pruning, snow clearing, and sanding.

We are looking for someone with a degree in horticulture or substantial professional experience, but we also value interest and a willingness to learn. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. Physical labor is part of the job, and you are comfortable with heavier tasks.

The position is full-time from March to November. During the winter months, hours may be reduced depending on weather conditions and the need for snow clearing, sanding, and pruning.

You are a driven and service-oriented person with high standards for the quality of your work. Your daily base of operations will be Fjugesta.

Requirements: A manual driver's license for a passenger car is required. You must be able to drive a trailer. Knowledge of pruning, maintenance, and plants is a plus.
